Contact. We deal with queries from people who contact us via email, contact forms on our website or by telephone. We process this data with the consent of the person who has contacted us.
Contact directory. We record the identification data of natural persons, including representatives of legal entities, public or private, with whom we maintain a relationship for the purpose of making the relevant communications.
We process the data on the basis of the preservation of the legitimate interests of NBS (according to Article 6.1.f RGPD). Management of our suppliers’ data. We process the data of suppliers from whom we obtain services or goods. We obtain the data necessary to maintain the business relationship and we use them only for this purpose. We process this data in compliance with contractual relations and legal obligations.
As a general criterion, we only communicate data to administrations or public authorities and always in compliance with legal obligations. For invoicing purposes, we may communicate them to banking entities. We do not transfer data outside the European Union (international transfer).
We comply with the legal obligation to limit the data retention period as much as possible. For this reason, data is kept only for the time necessary and justified for the purpose for which it was collected. In certain cases, such as data contained in accounting documentation and invoicing, tax regulations require that they be kept until the statute of limitations expires. In the case of data processed on the basis of the consent of the person concerned, they are retained until the person concerned revokes his or her consent.
The persons whose data we process have the following rights: Access to their data. The right to know what personal data are processed, the purpose for which they are processed, communications to other persons, the right to obtain a copy or to know the foreseen storage period.
Asking for rectification. The right to have inaccurate data rectified.
Asking for deletion. The right to request the deletion of data when, among other reasons, they are not necessary for the purposes for which they were collected and justified the processing. Requesting the limitation of processing.
In certain circumstances, there is a right to request the limitation of data processing: the data will no longer be processed and may only be kept for the purpose of defending claims. Portability. The right to obtain personal data in a commonly used machine-readable format, and to transfer it to another data controller if the data subject so chooses. To object to the processing. On grounds relating to his or her particular situation, an individual may ask us to stop processing his or her data if it would cause him or her harm.

If you have not obtained a satisfactory response in the exercise of your rights, it is possible to file a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency, through the forms or other channels accessible from its website www.agpd.es.
